Um, this is making fun of all the "punks" I met in my life who listened to Blink 182 and shopped at Hot Topic. There were a few at my high school and I dunno, it's basically Warped Tour. I hate this strip a lot. But then again, I have met punk-rawkers who don't know who the Clash are, so I guess this is based in some truth.
